Inspired by the World Economic Forum report, “The Future of Jobs,” we have developed a leadership assessment and development framework that uses real‑time simulation: individuals face realistic scenarios and make decisions in the moment.

We continue to collaborate with leaders across the Middle East to grow our benchmarking norm group. Participants use the simulations to reflect on their style, surface strengths, and accelerate development while benchmarking against a regional norm group of Senior Managers, Directors, VPs, and CEOs.

The exercise includes a one‑on‑one simulation, a development report, and an optional 20‑minute feedback call. No preparation is required.
